Double-side automatic spot welding machine is a device that splices cylindrical batteries together through nickel strips in series and parallel. This machine can set the corresponding welding path on the human-machine interface according to the product type, and the system can achieve battery welding in a maximum range of 500mm*450mm*450mm or 250mm*450mm*450mm*2. This machine can weld around 3600 battery cells per hour, with a simple and elegant structural design and stable performance. The system supports multiple working modes including breakpoint processing, manual or automatic, with simple programming and support for array path and map formation path. The welding head is water-cooled which can effectively reduce the heat loss of the welding needle.

Fully enclosed structure:

The motion equipment adopts a fully enclosed structure to ensure that welding slag does not fall onto the guide screw during operation, thereby affecting the accuracy of the equipment

Stable current output:

Optional transistor welding power supply or high-frequency DC inverter power supply, can monitor single point output current in real time. The welding head adopts a Miyako welding head structure with pressure automatic tracking function, which can effectively adjust the pressure of the electrode. The welding head electrode adopts water cooling cycle, with a constant temperature of 25 ℃, thereby ensuring welding strength
